Description:
  • Suivi administratif du personnel ouvrier
  • Préparation et suivi de la facturation clients (Ex : indexation des prix)
  • Gestion administrative des dossiers clients.
  • Commandes fournisseurs et suivi de l'approbation des factures.
  • Accueil des visiteurs, sur place ou par téléphone, avec professionnalisme.
  • Gestion du courrier entrant/sortant 
  • Administration des documents commerciaux (offres, soumissions, etc.).
Profil:
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et du néerlandais (écrit et oral)
  • Diplôme en office management ou comptabilité.
  • Très bonne connaissance d'Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint et outils comptables (ex. : Agresso).
  • Notions de comptabilité de base.
  • Sens du service, rigueur, esprit d'équipe et flexibilité.
  • Proactif·ve, diplomate, discret·ète et ponctuel·le.
