Senior Finance Project Lead

Your mission:

We are looking for an experienced project lead who will be responsible for aligning financial processes in our subsidiaries at group level. As project lead, you will ensure that the financial processes of our branches are optimally aligned with those of the entire group. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.

  1. Drive and implement new processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
  2. Coordinate project teams and work with various stakeholders to ensure all processes are aligned at the group level (e.g., onboarding of subsidiaries accounting processes on Oracle Fusion, E-invoicing, …).
  3. Identify and resolve issues and constraints that may hinder the implementation of new processes.
  4. Monitor & report on progress of transformation (initiatives): prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress to various stakeholders.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects within set budgets and deadlines.
  6. Communicate and build relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Your profile:

  1. You have a bachelor's or master's degree with a financial orientation (accounting), or equivalent through experience.
  2. You are curious and willing to quickly understand complex financial and administrative processes.
  3. To communicate with your internal and external parties, you must be fluent in English and Dutch and/or French with a good understanding of the second language.
  4. Change management skills to get people on board with change and adapting their working methods.
  5. Experience in E2E process review & improvement (with concrete changes implemented).
  6. Clear automation mind (even better with good RPA knowledge; a plus would be UiPath).
  7. You are willing to travel sporadically to the branch you are responsible for (UK, Poland, Netherlands, …).
  8. Credibility to collaborate and convince senior stakeholders.
  9. Have an entrepreneurial mindset / can-do attitude combined with an accurate/methodic approach.
  10. You are autonomous and self-driven.
  11. You do not think in terms of problems, but in terms of creative, flexible and sustainable solutions.
  12. You have a positive and open mindset. You like to work together with others and you are strong in building relationships.
