The role focuses on understanding client goals, clearly explaining portfolio decisions, and building long-term trusted relationships. You will work closely with a Team Manager who will support your ongoing development.Candidate ProfileAt least 2 years' experience working with private clients in banking, wealth management or a related sectorStrong understanding of financial markets, economic trends and core investment principlesFluent French and English skills, Flemish or Dutch is essential.Positive, resilient and empathetic approach to client relationshipsMiFID certification, training or equivalentCFA or similar professional education is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering consistently high standards of serviceManage a portfolio of high-net-worth clientsAct as the key link between clients and internal investment, research, trading and service teamsProactively communicate portfolio changes, market movements, and investment strategyDevelop advanced knowledge of finance and capital markets through a structured training programme
