Investment Counsellor (Belgium market, relocation to Dublin, Ireland)We are partnering with a leading global investment management firm to identify talented finance professionals for its European operation. This role is suited to individuals who are ready to advance their careers by specialising in client advisory work across financial markets and investments.This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy building strong relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and developing deep expertise in investment strategy.The Investment Counsellor will manage relationships with high-net-worth clients in Denmark while being based in Dublin. The role focuses on understanding client goals, clearly explaining portfolio decisions, and building long-term trusted relationships. You will work closely with a Team Manager who will support your ongoing development.Candidate ProfileAt least 2 years' experience working with private clients in banking, wealth management or a related sectorStrong understanding of financial markets, economic trends and core investment principlesFluent French and English skills, Flemish or Dutch is essential.Positive, resilient and empathetic approach to client relationshipsMiFID certification, training or equivalentCFA or similar professional education is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering consistently high standards of serviceManage a portfolio of high-net-worth clientsAct as the key link between clients and internal investment, research, trading and service teamsProactively communicate portfolio changes, market movements, and investment strategyDevelop advanced knowledge of finance and capital markets through a structured training programme
