Your Role As an Independent Advisor for Hetmos / Hetestate / Hetwealth, you act as an independent counselor and a trusted point of reference for our clients. Your missions, depending on your expertise and network: Introduce Hetmos to executives, shareholders, investors, wealthy families, or influential partners. Identify opportunities: company sales or acquisitions (M&A) strategic real estate transactions complex wealth or asset-structuring issues. Qualify client needs and manage the first level of relationship before handing over to our internal teams. Represent the Group with posture, language, and credibility consistent with the luxury universe. Develop long-term trust-based relationships with both your contacts and our organization. Profiles We Are Looking For We primarily seek networks and posture, rather than standard résumés. Senior Profiles Advisors, business developers, bankers, real estate agents, financial advisors, lawyers, accountants, family office advisors, executives. Strong active network of executives, investors, or clients with high decision-making power. Accustomed to handling confidential, high-stakes financial matters. Junior Profiles Early-career profiles, provided they are introduced or recommended to our target audience. Excellent interpersonal skills, natural credibility, and a premium service mindset. Ability to open qualified doors, even without initial technical expertise. ➡️ No prior experience in M&A, real estate, or wealth management is required: we provide full training and ongoing support to our advisors. Requirements Linked to the Luxury Environment Impeccable presentation and refined communication. Perfect understanding of the codes of executives and high-net-worth clients. Absolute confidentiality regarding mandates and relationships. A long-term, value-driven approach rather than a volume-driven one. High personal standards regarding the quality of introductions made. Collaboration Model Status : independent contractor / business introducer / external advisor. Compensation : 100% variable, high commissions on completed transactions. No earnings cap.
