Partner Press maakt deel uit van de AMP organisatie en is specialist in abonnementenbeheer. Partner Press centraliseert en vereenvoudigt namelijk het beheer van alle abonnementen op de pers voor bedrijven en particulieren, zowel voor de papieren exemplaren van kranten en tijdschriften, alsook voor de digitale persproducten.

Het Partner Press team zorgt voor de verwerking van de bestellingen, hernieuwingen en betalingen van abonnementen. Alle aanvragen, wijzigingen of eventuele klachten gerelateerd aan een persabonnement worden binnen dit team centraal opgevolgd en beheerd, zowel met de uitgevers van de persproducten, als met de bedrijven (zoals de Europese Commissie) die dankzij Partner Press één centraal en eenvoudig contactpunt hebben voor alle pers abonnementen.

Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar 2 Dossierbeheerders om het team B2B bij Partner Press te vervullen.

Als Dossierbeheerder - B2B bij Partner Press ben je het administratieve aanspreekpunt inzake het abonnementenbeheer van kranten en/of tijdschriften voor kleine, middelgrote en grote bedrijven.

  • Je zorgt voor het administratief beheer en de opvolging van bestaande klantenaccounts door middel van regelmatige contacten via e-mail en telefoon.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratie van A tot Z van de toevertrouwde klantenportefeuille.
  • Je maakt commerciële offertes op, ondersteunt bij het beantwoorden van lastenboeken en zorgt voor de nauwkeurige opvolging ervan.
  • Je staat in voor het noteren en verwerken van bestellingen en aanbestedingen voor bestaande klanten.
  • Het behandelen van klachten maakt ook deel uit van jouw functie.
  • Je beheert, volgt op en zoekt gegevens op over de catalogus van abonnementen op vraag van de klant.
  • Je bent betrokken bij het opvolgen en controleren van de facturatie.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met systemen (CRM en ERP) en een sterke kennis van het MS Office pakket (zoals Outlook, Excel, …).
  • Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot met een 'can do' mentaliteit en je werkt heel graag georganiseerd, efficiënt en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent zeer klantgericht en beschikt over commercieel inzicht en -feeling voor het zien van opportuniteiten.
  • Je werkt bij voorkeur graag in teamverband en je stelt je steeds flexibel op om je collega's te helpen indien nodig.
  • Je kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur zo'n 3-tal jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie, je werkt zeer nauwkeurig met aandacht voor details.
  • Je hebt interesse in de pers sector en leert graag alle producten en diensten kennen die via Partner Press worden aangeboden.
  • Een gevarieerde administratieve functie op onze hoofdzetel te Anderlecht.
  • Een voltijds bediende contract van onbepaalde duur van 37u/week, met het volgende uurrooster: van maandag tot vrijdag, telkens vanaf 8u30 tot 16u24 (je werkt 7u24min per dag).
  • Telewerk tot maximum 3 dagen per week (na een opleidingsperiode van 3 maand).
  • Een salarispakket volgens de loonbarema's PC 200 klasse D dat rekening houdt met jouw vorige beroepservaring, met extralegale voordelen (zoals maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, hospitalisatieverzekering, ecocheques van €250, netto telewerkvergoeding van €50/maand, sectorpremie, 100% terugbetaling van kosten met openbaar vervoer, tussenkomst privé-vervoer volgens PC 200, sinterklaas-cheque voor kinderen
