We zijn op zoek naar een Expert Supply Chain Material Planning om ons Supply Chain team van de directie Technics te versterken. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van de supply chain processen binnen de organisatie.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?Je hebt een essentiële rol in het optimaliseren van de supply chain processen binnen de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van verbetermogelijkheden, het ontwikkelen en implementeren van efficiënte en effectieve oplossingen, en het bewaken van de voortgang en resultaten van de verbeteringsprojecten. Je rapporteert hierbij rechtstreeks aan het hoofd van Supply Chain – Material Planning.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Analyseren van bestaande supply chain processen en identificeren van mogelijkheden tot verbetering, optimalisatie en standaardisatie.
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen de supply chain om de processen te stroomlijnen en de operationele efficiëntie te vergroten.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van verbeterplannen en continu verbeteringsinitiatieven initiëren en ondersteunen om kosten te besparen, doorlooptijden te verkorten en klanttevredenheid te vergroten.
- Ontwikkelen, monitoren en analyseren van key performance indicators (KPI's) om de prestaties van de supply chain processen te meten en te rapporteren aan het management.
- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers bij het implementeren van nieuwe processen en het aanleren van nieuwe vaardigheden.
- Meewerken aan de implementatie van SAP S/4HANA en de gevolgen ervan voor MRP in kaart brengen; ondersteuning in het uittekenen van nieuwe processen en de implementatie binnen de organisatie.
Je hebt een diploma industrieel/burgerlijk ingenieur OF een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur, in Supply Chain Management, Logistiek of Operations Management (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) EN je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in material planning en/of productiebeheer.
- Ervaring met het analyseren en verbeteren van Supply Chain processen binnen een complexe organisatie.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders.
- Projectmanagementvaardigheden en het vermogen om projecten zelfstandig te leiden en deadlines te halen.
- Proactieve houding, resultaatgericht en veranderingsbereid.
- Degelijke kennis van Excel en Access.
- Kennis van ERP systemen is een pluspunt.
- Goede kennis van het Frans.
