The organisation employs 1000+ FTEs locally and manages high eight-figure turnover, with recurring revenue streams and a strong operational backbone. It is a role for Finance Managers / Senior Controllers who want scope, responsibility, and a clear step up.What you will doTake end-to-end ownership of financial performance for your scope, ensuring reliable reporting, analysis, and follow-upLead budgeting and forecasting cycles, translating strategic objectives into structured financial plansOversee monthly closings and performance reviews, ensuring consistency, quality, and insight across entitiesAct as the financial reference point for management, bringing structure and clarity to operational and strategic decisionsClear scope. Broader ownership. No artificial complexity.Who this role is for - Finance Manager7 to 15 years of experience in controlling, finance management, or similar roleMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldDutch is required; English and/or French is a strong plusOffer - Finance Manager€75,000 to €100,000 gross per year, aligned with the breadth of responsibility and leadership scopeA company car or mobility budget, adapted to commuting in and around BrusselsAn annual performance bonus, directly linked to company results and your impact on performanceMeal vouchers (€8 per day), group insurance, and hospitalisation insurance, providing a solid long-term benefits frameworkHybrid working and flexible hours, reflecting the trust and autonomy expected at this levelEnd-to-end ownership of a finance scope, allowing you to move beyond execution into true financial leadershipDirect exposure to senior management and decision-making, positioning you as a key finance reference rather than a back-office functionInfluence on processes, governance, and financial structure, giving you room to leave a mark instead of maintaining the status quoClear medium-term evolution potential, toward Head of Finance, Group Finance, or broader leadership rolesA stable, people-oriented organisation, combining professional standards with long-term career continuityThis is a role where increased responsibility is matched with real autonomy, visibility, and recognition.
