Talent Acquisition Specialist @ EUROPEAN DYNAMICS/MSc International Human Resource Management, University of StrathclydeWe currently have a vacancy for an Expert Product Owner (Documentum) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.
Your tasks:- Interacts and validates requirements with the business;
- Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of a specific business domain;
- Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
- Creates user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint;
- Is involved in the decision-making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints;
- Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM);
- Reviews deliverables and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
- Assists with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs;
- Performs the role of Scrum master.
- Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 6 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- At least 5 years working experience with electronic document management tool (i.e. Documentum);
- At least 5 years' experience in Java SE/EE;
- At least 5 years working experience with SOAP/REST web services;
- At least 5 years working experience with Oracle DB;
- At least 5 years working experience in Scrum methodology;
- Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user technologies Information Systems;
- Experience in Agile;
- Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.);
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;
- Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture;
- Good knowledge of applications design;
- Good knowledge of modeling tools;
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture;
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS;
- Good knowledge of business process analysis;
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus);
- Good redaction skills;
- Mandatory certification (one of): Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner or equivalent;
- Optional certifications: ITIL certification above ITIL foundation (or equivalent), Project management certification such as Prince2, PM² or equivalent;
- Excellent command of the English language.
