Ben jij een technisch onderlegde starter die graag meewerkt aan een groot en boeiend project in de Haven van Antwerpen ? Wil je leren van ervaren professionals, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en een sleutelrol spelen in de technische opvolging van een project? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou Als Assistent Technical Lead ondersteun je de Technical Lead en zorg je ervoor dat technische documentatie en afspraken vlot, correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd. Je krijgt een afwisselende functie waarin je administratieve nauwkeurigheid combineert met technische inhoud en projectwerking . Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor technische documenten binnen het project: Beheren van inkomende documenten van aannemers via SharePoint (ingediend, in review, revisie, goedgekeurd, …) Coördineren van het goedkeuringsproces: Documenten verspreiden naar de juiste partijen (intern team, studiebureaus, notified bodies, …) Feedback tijdig verzamelen en structureren Opmerkingen bundelen en terugkoppelen naar de aannemers Revisies opvolgen tot finale goedkeuring Tijdens overlegmomenten duidelijk de actuele status van documenten toelichten 2. Ondersteuning van de Technical Lead Je werkt nauw samen met de Technical Lead en ondersteunt hem/haar in de dagelijkse projectwerking: Deelnemen aan technische projectmeetings Voorbereiden van agenda’s Opstellen van duidelijke en gestructureerde verslagen Opvolgen van acties en afspraken Uitwerken van specifieke taken die je toegewezen krijgt Je bent een gedreven en hebt: Een technische achtergrond (bv. industrieel ingenieur of gelijkaardig) Het vermogen om technische tekeningen, plannen van aanpak en voorstellen te begrijpen Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl Een betrouwbare en proactieve houding Wat bieden we jou?
