Nexeo is currently looking for a Financial Reporting Officer for a leading financial institution in Brussels. Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions. As a consultant you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:International environment ( Offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)+ 450 employeesover 20% growth each yearFinancial Reporting Officer – Main responsibilities:Monitor, analyze, and interpret key financial performance (profitability, solvency, liquidity)Prepare quarterly analytical reports with year-on-year and budget comparisonsStay updated with IFRS and Belgian GAAP standardsProvide advice on accounting for new products and transactionsInform the finance team about accounting changes (newsletters, presentations)Represent the company in external accounting and prudential committeesProfile:Master’s in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent experienceExpertise in IFRS and prudential reportingAt least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reportingStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks (CRD, CRR, BRRD)Skills:Strong analytical and communication skillsIndependent, organized, and proactiveTeam player with a flexible approachWorking for Nexeo :- Work in a dynamic and international environment.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Hybrid work model: 50% on-site and 50% remote.- Competitive salary and benefits package.If you are a seasoned professional in financial reporting, with a passion for the financial sector and a drive for excellence, we would love to hear from you@finance @comptable @ifrs @begaap @consulting @accounting @banking
