Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.We are currently looking for a Financial reporting officer - Expert to join the Strategy & Delivery (S&D) team within the Cyber Security department of a leading financial organization.Mission ContextThe S&D team drives key cybersecurity initiatives, including shaping strategy, managing project portfolios, and ensuring seamless execution of security initiatives. You will work at the heart of the organization's security operations, helping safeguard customers, employees, data, and system integrity.This is a fast-paced environment where continuous learning is encouraged, and your contributions have a direct impact on operational excellence and security.Your ResponsibilitiesManage new procurement requests, including creation and review of non-resource cost (NRC) and subcontracting requestsSupport the operational contract manager with subcontracting and NRC invoices, responding to supplier inquiriesInitiate and manage the budget cycle six times a year, maintaining IT Financial Trajectory (FT) budget filesManage user accounts for tools such as Clarity (Booking tool) and Rally (Agile tool) via Clara app, and act as a backup for managers and chapter leadsTrack and follow up on timesheets, ensuring completeness and accuracy in Clarity and NétiveEnsure smooth workflow-driven processes and contribute to operational efficiencyMaintain strong documentation and support team communicationsYour ProfileLanguagesEnglish, French, Dutch – FluentEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, or similarExperience & Technical SkillsMandatory10+ years of relevant administrative, financial, or operational experienceStrong expertise in MS Office, particularly ExcelKnowledge of financial concepts (Opex, Capex, accruals, deferrals)Cybersecurity awarenessAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyPreferredGeneral understanding of IT and Cyber Security landscape in large organizationsExperience in the banking or financial sectorSoft SkillsTeam player with pro-active attitudeQuick self-starter and adaptable to changing prioritiesStrong analytical and synthesis skillsExcellent documentation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and liaise effectively with a large, multicultural teamOut-of-the-box thinker, willing to step out of comfort zoneWork SetupHybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remoteWhy Join UsJoin Nexeo Belgium and play a key role in supporting cybersecurity strategy and operational excellence for a leading financial organization.
