Role: Business Development Manager (SaaS / CPaaS) – Belgium Location: Belgium (Hybrid |Client on-site in Brussels 2 days/week)12-month contractor agreement (renewed on yearly basis) Sector: SaaS | CPaaS | Enterprise Communications | Telco PartnershipsAbout the RoleWe are partnering with a global SaaS organisation in the communications space to appoint an Business Development Manager for the Belgium.This is a high-priority hire, stepping into a visible role with immediate ownership and responsibility. You’ll take charge of the full sales cycle and work closely with a major Telco partner, as well driving enterprise growth and revenue impact.Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Leader, you’ll operate with his guidance and support, and with accountability in a role suited for someone on the upward curve of the sales career who thrives on relationship management and making new connections. ***We are open to applicants from other industries who are looking to pivot/progress into sales in the communications space and have strong relationship development and management skills***Why This Role Is InterestingJoining an established and reputable company and manager Opportunity to influence go-to-market strategyManagement of a well-known Telco partner with 2 days on site/week with themGood earning potential with uncapped commission and acceleratorsKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Market & Territory Ownership Key account manager for the Telco partner, as well as new business sales for new logo enterprise accounts in region Identify, build and execute a focused Go-To-Market plan for the enterprise accounts Continuously manage and optimise pipeline performanceSolution Selling & Stakeholder ManagementUnderstand complex customer challenges and position tailored solutionsWork cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, and customer successDeliver high-value proposals focused on ROIEnsure smooth onboarding and long-term account growthBuild trusted relationships with senior commercial and technical stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForFluent English and Dutch and French Experience in business development or salesBackground can be cross-industry - preferred are SaaS, telecoms, cloud, security Comfortable with pressure, ownership, and autonomyStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, resilient, and delivery-focusedPLEASE NOTE - this is a contractor role, you must be set up to issue monthly invoices as the hiring company does not have a Belgium entity.
