Business Process Analyst

Position Description:

Your role in our team:
- You will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of existing business processes and harmonizing them to a common vision.
- You analyze business processes from a high-level architectural point of view in collaboration with an enterprise architect.
- You will define the optimal future application landscape and produce an implementation roadmap.
- When defining the to-be scenario, you take into consideration all business components in terms of applications, data and security.
- You manage the communication with all stakeholders and ensure alignment and buy-in for the proposed solution.
- You stay up to date with evolutions on the market and evaluate the added value of innovations and emerging technologies.
How you strengthen our team:
- Demonstrated experience of 6-8 years in defining and implementing IT transformation projects.
- Perfect understanding of business processes and their integration with IT systems architectures.
- Proven experience with best practices and methods (ITIL, etc.).
- Ability to analyze and summarize.
- Documentation of requirements, choices and monitoring of solution implementation.
- Risk assessment.
Is considered as a Plus:
- Experience in analyzing and implementing ITSM processes and tools.
- Experience in raising awareness of ITIL best practice and in managing teams is desirable.
Education: Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology, or equivalent.
