Tot de taken en verantwoordelijkheden van een Research Consultant Talent Acquisition behoren onder andere de volgende zaken:
- Verdiepen in de opdracht, van de organisatie/onze opdrachtgever, begrijpen van de industrie waarin de organisatie opereert en het identificeren van relevante bedrijven en concurrenten waardoor je interessante organisaties en de juiste kandidaten identificeert.
- Potentiële kandidaten vinden die geschikt zouden kunnen zijn voor de openstaande posities waarbij je gebruik maakt van diverse bronnen, zoals databases, professionele netwerken en sociale media.
- Analyseren van markt- en sectorgegevens om waardevolle inzichten te verkrijgen die kunnen bijdragen tot onze strategieën en die van waarde kunnen zijn voor onze klanten.
- Beheren van meerdere zoekopdrachten tegelijkertijd en ervoor zorgen dat deadlines worden gehaald en verwachtingen worden overtroffen.
- Samen met de Senior Consultant een hecht team vormen om de klant en kandidaat optimaal te begeleiden in het proces.
Kortom: in jouw rol als Research Consultant Talent Acquisition ben je gericht op het leveren van waardevolle ondersteuning aan het gehele proces van het vinden en aantrekken van geschikte kandidaten voor medior, management en executive functies.
Een succesvolle Research Consultant Talent Acquisition heeft de volgende achtergrond en eigenschappen:
- Een bachelor/master diploma
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe informatie te verzamelen, te evalueren en samen te voegen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands. Kennis van andere talen is een sterk pluspunt.
- Gedrevenheid en nieuwsgierigheid om voortdurend nieuwe kennis op te doen en op de hoogte te blijven van trends en ontwikkelingen in de arbeidsmarkt.
- Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding.
