Pour notre client, une société internationale dans le secteur médical, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Assistante Administrative (h/f/x) dans la région de Dilbeek.
- Intérim : option fixe
En tant qu'employé administratif, vous êtes responsable de :
- Fournir un soutien fiable et rapide à l'équipe de vente.
- Dans le cadre d'un travail préparatoire, vous collectez et coordonnez toutes les informations nécessaires à l'établissement des devis.
- Développer les connaissances sur les plateformes et les applications numériques.
- Se familiariser avec la réglementation relative aux marchés publics.
- Modifier divers calculs et documents.
- Utiliser de manière optimale le système CRM et d'autres plateformes.
- Proposer des initiatives et apporter un soutien en mettant l'accent sur l'utilisation plus efficace des applications.
- Connecter avec vos collègues directs, vos clients et vos partenaires.
Le profil
Qui êtes-vous ?
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat en gestion de bureau.
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, incluant idéalement une expérience dans les appels d'offres pour les marchés publics.
- Votre langue maternelle est le français (avec une excellente orthographe en français) avec une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais, vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication.
- Le package MS Office n'a plus de secret pour vous (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Vous avez soif d'apprendre ; vous apprenez rapidement à travailler avec de nouveaux programmes et vous êtes curieux des différentes possibilités.
- Vous devez avoir de solides compétences organisationnelles pour coordonner avec succès les différentes tâches.
- Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international.
- Vous recevrez un salaire attractif avec des avantages extralégaux.
