KPNWE (Kuwait Petroleum North-West Europe) is met de merken Q8, Q8 easy en Tango een dynamisch bedrijf in de Benelux, in volle transformatie naar een duurzame Mobiliteitsspeler. Naast onze traditionele business van tankstations en shops zetten we heel erg in op laadoplossingen voor elektrische voertuigen en andere toekomstgerichte mobiliteitsoplossingen.

Bij Q8 omarmen we de verandering, en geloven we in de toekomst van elektrisch rijden. Dat is niet zomaar een uitspraak. Zo investeren we vanaf dit jaar samen met Storm fors in het eerste netwerk van 200 full-service-snellaadstations in België. Dan ben je bij Q8 aan het juiste adres Als Supply Analyst krijg jij dé kans om jouw vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en tegelijk een cruciale rol te spelen bij de toevoer en het gebruik van hernieuwbare brandstoffen, zoals biofuels.

Als Supply Analyst ben je onze rots in de branding bij de toevoer en het gebruik van hernieuwbare brandstoffen, zoals biofuels. Je verdiept jezelf graag in data en koppelt deze aan inzichten om de juiste beslissingen te nemen over de aankoop en het gebruik van hernieuwbare brandstoffen.

Zorg jij ervoor dat we altijd voldoen aan de nieuwste regelgeving en duurzaamheidsnormen? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou Je beheert de documentatie voor audits en houdt ons hernieuwbare-energieplan up-to-date met regelmatige rapportages.

In deze functie ben je niet alleen een analyst, maar ook een verbindende schakel. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals supply, finance en onderhoudt contact met externe partners zoals leveranciers, overheidsinstanties en certificeringsorganisaties. Verder sta jij ook mee in voor het onderhandelen van contracten voor de aankoop van biofuels en houd je de balansen per land nauwgezet bij. Jouw talent voor het opbouwen van sterke relaties is cruciaal voor ons succes in de dynamische wereld van hernieuwbare energie.

Wat moet je kennen en kunnen?

  • Je bezit minstens een masterdiploma.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een relevante functie, bij voorkeur in supply of hernieuwbare energie. Sterke interesse in duurzame energiebronnen.
  • Je bent sterk gemotiveerd om mee te werken aan onze toekomstgerichte visie en missie
  • Vaardigheden in administratieve systemen en datastructuren.
  • Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Goede tijdmanagementvaardigheden.
  • Kennis van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuzaken is een pluspunt.
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (kennis van Frans is een pluspunt).
  • Kennis van MS Office is absoluut noodzakelijk, ervaring met SAP is een voordeel.

Deze functie kan je zowel vanuit de hoofdzetel in Antwerpen als het kantoor in Rotterdam uitoefenen.
