As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various types of contracts (subcontracting, alliances, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, public tenders...)Working closely and interacting daily with practitioners on a variety of engagement related and risk management topics (e.g. business risks, proposals, contract templates, GDPR, proposal review...) and providing them with practical and pragmatic adviceInteracting regularly with other team members and mentoring junior team membersStaying up to date with legal and technological developments, e.g. GDPR, SaaS, Cloud, GenAI, DORA, NIS2...Participating in the development and implementation of trainings (e.g. contract bootcamp, public sector, GDPR...)ProfileYou hold a master's degree in law and have at least 5 years' experience in advising on, drafting and negotiating legal and (public) technology contractsYou combine strong legal skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented approachYou have developed critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skillsYou are a team player and able to work independentlyYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsYou are curious and committed to keeping up to date with the latest legal trendsYou are fluent in Dutch and have an excellent command of English, enabling you to draft and negotiate contracts in both languages.
