For our market-leading Warehousing & Automation EMEA center of excellence, we are seeking an experienced Design, Optimization and Implementation (Senior) Consultant to join our dynamic team, with a strong background in warehouse solutions and technologies (layouts, lean operations, processes, automation, robotics, WMS, WCS, etc.).

As a consultant, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing fulfilment solutions that meet our clients' needs and improve their operational performance. You will perform diverse activities such as:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their warehousing processes and system setups, identify areas for improvement and translate into business requirements.
- Conducting detailed assessments of current systems and workflows.
- Designing and implementing lean layouts and operations, automation and WMS or WCS solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Providing expert advice on best practices and industry standards for fulfilment technologies.
- Supporting project teams in the deployment and integration of warehousing solutions.
- Training and supporting client staff on new systems and processes.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.

**Let's talk about you**
Ready to apply? You would bring the following qualifications:

- Preferably, a Master's degree in Engineering or Economics with a specialization in the field of Supply Chain / Logistics. Having an APICS or other Supply Chain / Operations certificate is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Distribution related functions, and warehousing in particular.
- Prior experience in designing, optimizing and/or implementing warehouse concepts, solutions and technologies (layouts, lean operations, processes, automation, robotics, WMS, WCS, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and a digital acumen.
- Thriving in a team environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and the drive to continuously learn.
- Open to work in an international environment, abroad if needed.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and being fluent in English. Good knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
