Findhu is looking for a dynamic and energetic Manager / Senior **Risk & Compliance Consultant**, who will integrate one of the market leaders in the consulting business in Belgium with **a relocated PT-BE Project**

Are you ready for this adventure?

**What are you going to do**:

- Play a major role in enterprise and operational risk management assignments;
- Participate and conduct client meetings, supporting the business development with presentations, written reviews, and proposals to nullify risks and hold risks workshop;
- Coordinate the junior colleagues' work, reviewing it and giving feedback;
- Analyze processes, with special attention on risk and control, proposing to the client practical solutions for improvement, through written reports.

**Your Best Skills**:

- You have a master's degree and a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in risk management and/or internal control;
- You have a critical mindset, curiosity and are willing to think outside of the box, and have a strong analytical view, always striving to do things correctly.
- You are communicative, flexible, and independent.
- Working in a team and supervising junior colleagues appeals to you.
- You know how to communicate with clients in a smooth, correct, but assertive way.
- Speak English fluently (French and Dutch are a plus)
- You are willing to embrace a new challenge in another country and take the biggest step in your career (We can help with this)
