**What will you be doing?**:

- Bij BDO krijg je de kans om echt een verschil te maken binnen de publieke sector. Je rol is divers en dynamisch:

- ** Ondersteunen van transformatieprojecten**: Je helpt publieke organisaties bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategieën om hun doelen te bereiken, waaronder:

- (Her)ontwerpen en evalueren van strategieën, zowel algemeen als domeinspecifiek (zoals duurzaamheid, digitalisering, welzijn, mobiliteit, enz.).
- Organisatieontwikkeling: verbeteren van structuren, processen en manieren van werken (HR, governance, change management, enz.).
- Dienstverleningsconcepten herdenken en optimaliseren.
- Begeleiden van (digitale) transformaties en creëren van draagvlak.
- Verkennen en ondersteunen van samenwerkingen en fusies.
- Beheren en ondersteunen van complexe projecten en programma’s.
- ** Samenwerken met klanten**: Je werkt nauw samen met klanten binnen de publieke sector en draagt bij aan het realiseren van strategische en operationele verbeteringen.
- ** Expertise uitbouwen**: Je verdiept je in de publieke sector en draagt actief bij aan kennisontwikkeling binnen BDO.
- ** Nieuwe kansen signaleren**: Je helpt bij het identificeren van opportuniteiten en draagt bij aan de verdere groei van ons team.

**What do you bring to the table?**:

- Jij bent een gedreven professional met ervaring in strategie
- en transformatietrajecten binnen de publieke sector. We zoeken iemand met:

- ** 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring** in consultancy, strategisch advies of projectmanagement binnen de publieke sector (bij voorkeur op regionaal of federaal niveau).
- ** Kennis** en expertise** in organisatieontwerp, service design, procesbeheer, strategisch management en verandermanagement.
- ** Sterke analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden** om complexe vraagstukken te structureren en op te lossen.
- ** Certificeringen zoals PMI, Prince 2,**Lean**, ADKAR/**Prosci**, ITIL** zijn een plus.
- ** Vlotte communicatie** in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
- ** Teamspeler** met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
