We are looking for a Tableau Consultant to join an established enterprise reporting & analytics team. This role is Tableau-first. If your experience is mainly Power BI, this role will not be a fit. What you'll do Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for internal business stakeholders Translate reporting needs into prototypes and production-ready dashboards Own the full dashboard lifecycle (build, optimise, publish, decommission) Apply data & reporting governance standards Optimise dashboard performance and usability Act as a Tableau reference point for internal users You'll collaborate closely with Data Engineers, while focusing primarily on visualisation, reporting, and governance. Required experience 2–4 years commercial experience with Tableau dashboarding Strong SQL skills (reading and writing queries) Experience with BI systems and data modelling concepts Familiarity with ETL concepts and relational databases (Oracle / Sybase; SAS exposure is a plus) Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders Languages French OR Dutch – fluent English – fluent Practical details Contract role Hybrid working: 50% on-site / 50% remote Location: Brussels area
