Ben jij een analytische denker met ervaring in finance en een passie voor data-analyse? We zijn op zoek naar een Business Controller in Wilrijk om ons groeiende team te versterken
In deze rol fungeer je als de 'rechterhand' van de CFO en ben je de schakel tussen business en financiën. Naast financiële verantwoordelijkheid speel je een cruciale rol in het omzetten van data in strategische inzichten ter ondersteuning van het managementteam.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Data-analyse & Rapportage: Je ontwikkelt gedetailleerde analyses en rapporten met Power BI en het data warehouse om strategische beslissingen te ondersteunen.
- Managementondersteuning: Je helpt de CFO en CEO bij het produceren, analyseren en optimaliseren van managementrapportages.
- Budget & Forecasts: Je neemt een leidende rol in het opstellen van het jaarlijkse budget en het bijwerken van forecasts.
- Maandelijkse Rapportage: Variantieanalyses van budget en actuals voor P&L, HR, IT, Marketing en operationele KPI's.
- Wekelijkse Rapportage: Inzichten over productie, voorraden en website-KPI's.
- Projectmanagement: Je werkt aan projecten met operationele teams om processen en efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Nieuwe Rapportages: Je draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van nieuwe analyses en rapportages om de business beter te ondersteunen.
- Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar in een vergelijkbare rol, of ervaring in audit/consultancy.
- Werkwijze: Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en kunt goed zelfstandig opereren.
- Analytisch & Data-georiënteerd: Sterke analytische vaardigheden, met ervaring of interesse in data-analyse.
- Taalvaardig: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Communicatie & Zakelijk Inzicht: Communicatief sterk, met een goed gevoel voor zakelijke strategie.
