With a presence in over 30 countries, the firm provides strategic and pragmatic legal advice to help clients navigate complex challenges. The Brussels office brings together a diverse team of 65 professionals, working in a collaborative and stimulating environment.
Job Description
As Marketing & Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with local and international legal teams on marketing and business development projects.
- Assisting in expanding the client portfolio by conducting market research and supporting the pitching process.
- Organizing client events and seminars, from designing invitations to analyzing feedback.
- Implementing firm-wide marketing initiatives tailored to the Belgian market.
- Creating and maintaining high-quality marketing materials, including newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, and brochures.
- Managing marketing tools, such as the firm's website, client database, and internal knowledge platforms.
- Training team members on various topics, such as optimizing LinkedIn profiles, delivering impactful presentations, and using brand templates effectively.
- Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, targeted advertising, legal publications) to strengthen the firm's market presence.
- Overseeing legal directory submissions and award applications.
- Managing the Brussels office marketing budget.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- At least five years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or a professional services environment, with exposure to senior management.
- Fluent in English (a good command of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for design and presentation.
- Confident and composed under pressure.
- A strong team player who fits well within an open, entrepreneurial culture.
