Over Ons ADD VALUE ( is sinds 2000 een Executive Recruitment & Human Capital Development kantoor met een brede en gediversifieerde klantenportefeuille in België (kantoren in Brussel en Antwerpen). ADD VALUE werkt als een team, en de Partners delen dagelijks hun kennis en expertise. Om de duurzame groei van haar kantoren verder te ontwikkelen, wenst ADD VALUE een bijkomende partner te verwelkomen. Projecten & Taken Executive Recruitment en, in functie van de interesses en ervaring, ‘Human Capital’ projecten en adviezen leiden en invullen; Ontwikkelen van bestaande en smeden van nieuwe klantenrelaties; Daadwerkelijk betrokken zijn in de verdere uitbouw en strategie van Add Value; Verdieping van kennis in assessmentmethodieken; Uitwerken van op maat gemaakte HR adviezen en operationele ondersteuning ervan bij klanten; Bepalen van de eigen KPI’s en budgetten op jaarbasis. Qualificaties Een grote interesse voor de mens en de socio-economische actualiteit; Universitaire opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring; Een gedegen en succesvolle ervaring in het bedrijfsleven, liefst in een commerciële rol in een B-to-B services omgeving; Een ondernemende en mature professional en gesprekspartner, met een passie voor kwaliteit en een visie op lange termijn; In staat om een klantenportefeuille zelfstandig te beheren en (via aanbevelingen en prospectie) uit te breiden; Nederlandstalig, met een goede kennis van F/E. Werkomgeving & Cultuur Zeer grote autonomie, zelfregulering en zelfstandigheid, binnen een ervaren en performant team en met professionele ondersteuning: inhoudelijke kruisbestuiving door de Partners; het uitwisselen van klanten- en marktkennis; verder professionaliseren van de HR‑vaardigheden; administratieve ondersteuning door het office‑management. Een betrokken team, met zeer snelle en korte communicatie‑ en beslissingslijnen; een hybride werkomgeving, zowel in plaats (kantoor Brussel, Antwerpen en thuiskantoor) als in tijd (elke Partner is verantwoordelijk voor zijn/haar tijdsindeling, en staat open voor avond‑ en weekendwerk). Deze functie omvat zowel inhoudelijke en operationele taken (oa desk research, kandidatenidentificatie en -interviews, de zelfstandige uitvoering van Human Capital projecten en HR‑advies), als commercieel ontwikkelingswerk.
