Partena Professional recherche un(e) Consultant(e) Salesforce expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler sur divers projets au sein des différentes clouds Salesforce, interagissant avec toutes les unités opérationnelles de notre entreprise. Nous utilisons la méthodologie Kanban pour une gestion de projet efficace et flexible.
Votre mission :
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des solutions Salesforce personnalisées.
• Participer activement à la conception, au développement et à la mise en œuvre de solutions Salesforce.
• Configurer et tester sur les plateformes Salesforce en suivant les meilleures pratiques de mise en œuvre.
• Surveiller la progression du projet en utilisant la méthodologie Kanban, en veillant à l'efficacité et à la qualité des livrables.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de travail et des pratiques au sein de l'équipe.
Qui cherchons-nous ?
• Expérience significative en tant que consultant Salesforce (les certifications Salesforce sont un plus).
• Excellente connaissance des différents clouds Salesforce et capacité à travailler sur des projets divers.
• Bonne maîtrise des principes Kanban.
• Solides compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe.
• Capacité à fournir des commentaires constructifs et à travailler dans un environnement de gouvernance collaboratif.
• Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français et/ou néerlandais.

Possibilités de développement :
Non seulement vous aurez des opportunités au sein de votre propre équipe, mais vous pourrez également évoluer au sein de l'entreprise, puisque vous ferez partie d'un groupe d'environ 1 800 employés.
