Salesforce Functional Lead Missie Als Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Lead speel je een sleutelrol in nieuwe Salesforce-implementatieprojecten. Je helpt organisaties om maximale bedrijfswaarde uit Salesforce te halen door innovatieve oplossingen te bedenken en bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren en automatiseren. Je werkt samen met een projectteam om de behoeften van klanten te identificeren en analyseren, en ontwerpt, configureert, test en implementeert de juiste oplossingen. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden bouw je vertrouwen op bij klanten en leid je een team van consultants. Verantwoordelijkheden Samenwerken met klanten om hun specifieke bedrijfsbehoeften en uitdagingen te begrijpen. Vertalen van klantvereisten naar effectieve Salesforce-oplossingen op basis van diepgaande kennis van het platform en best practices. Configureren en aanpassen van Salesforce-toepassingen om op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bieden. Werken in multidisciplinaire teams om Salesforce-oplossingen te ontwerpen, documenteren en implementeren binnen de gestelde tijd en budget. Ondersteunen bij testen, training en nazorg om een succesvolle adoptie van het platform te garanderen. Profiel 6 tot 10 jaar ervaring met Salesforce. Expertise in één of meerdere Salesforce-toepassingen, bij voorkeur Service Cloud, Experience Cloud en Public Sector Solutions . Kennis van Marketing Cloud is een plus. Minimaal twee geldige Salesforce-certificeringen , zoals Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, of Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant. Sterke consultancyvaardigheden: in staat om klanten te begeleiden bij het maken van de juiste keuzes en workshops te leiden. Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen om complexe bedrijfsuitdagingen aan te pakken. Ervaring met het configureren en optimaliseren van process automation, Flows, e-mailtemplates, documenttemplates, custom objects en velden, pagina-indelingen, beveiligingsinstellingen (profielen, permissiesets), Lightning Web Components en Visualforce . Ervaring met internationale en virtuele teams. In staat om stakeholders effectief te managen en gewenste resultaten te behalen. Zelfstarter, verantwoordelijk en resultaatgericht. Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden om samen te werken met klanten, collega's en Salesforce. Ervaring met pre-sales, het opstellen van voorstellen en demo's voor prospects . Kennis van de Agile Scrum-methodologie . Ervaring met projectmanagement is een plus. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (verplicht).
