As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will get the chance to put your skills and experience into practice. You will play an important role in the team as you take ownership of the functional aspects of each project, ensuring the quality of the Salesforce solution. You will be involved beyond pure configuration: you will have the option to be in close contact with clients, helping them think proactively about their needs and goals.
For this function, you will mainly work at our customer's premises and have the possibility to work from home, but we're also happy to welcome our teams for regular Office Days (Ghent, Mechelen, Heverlee or Braine L'Alleud) to connect with teammates.
As a functional Salesforce consultant, you collaborate with Belgian and international organizations on Salesforce CRM projects. You listen to customer requirements, understand a company's processes, and develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in marketing, sales, and service. You are not afraid to challenge a customer to understand why they work a certain way, in order to support them in understanding how Salesforce can help them meet their strategic, tactical, and/or financial goals.
You will pick up responsibility for your part of the project and coordinate with colleagues to achieve a successful project delivery. You will contribute and/or take the lead in analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and go-live of the Salesforce projects. You will support the growth of Inetum by actively contributing to pre-sales tracks and proposals.
Profile
You are customer obsessed and want to help our customers become more customer-centric, with good knowledge of CRM processes and trends. You have at least 5 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementation projects. You have thorough knowledge of Salesforce and multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, etc.). Experience working with customers in the Public Sector, Financial Services, and/or Manufacturing Industries is a plus. Salesforce Industries certifications/accreditations and experience are a plus (Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Omnistudio). You are fluent in Dutch and English, and knowledge of French is a plus. Experience as a project manager or scrum master (and/or certification) is also a plus. You are a strong communicator with an analytical and curious mindset. You are a driven and enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn and grow, contributing to the growth of the company. You possess a driver's license to easily visit customer locations.
