Functieomschrijving Als After Sales Back Office Dispatcher heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:Het registreren en verwerken van storingsmeldingen van klanten doe je op een correcte en accurate wijze;Om een efficiënte afhandeling te garanderen voer je een eerste screening uit van deze oproepen;Je plant de technische interventies in rekening houdend met de urgentie, afstand, type toestel en klant;Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren van de preventieve onderhoudsbeurten op toestellen met onderhouds-overeenkomst;Daarnaast maak je een efficiënte planning voor het team van 15 tot 20 technici;Je volgt de geplande fieldactiviteiten op en je bestelt op aanvraag onderdelen voor herstellingen;Last but not least houd je de productkennis up to date; Functie-eisen Als After Sales Back Office Dispatcher kan je je vinden in het volgende:Een accuraat persoon die zich bijzonder goed kan organiseren en die goed kan plannen, dat ben jij;Daarnaast heb je doorzettingsvermogen, ben je stressbestendig en kan je omgaan met conflicten;Je bent klantgericht en communicatief zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans;Ervaring in de administratie, dat heb jij;Daarnaast heb je ook een basiskennis van MS Office (kennis SAP is een pluspunt);Tot slot werk je graag in een team en ben je leergierig.
