Manage an organization of 50 internal and external FTEs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and workload distribution.Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and coaching to team members, and act as a role model by proactively demonstrating innovative thinking, accountability, and commitmentMember of the IT Management TeamOversee managed services provided by third-party vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Managing SLA through in-house / external partners.Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop and implement SAP strategies that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence. Lead and manage the SAP environment and strategy; Lead platform and development strategy for SAP to ensure solutions are leveraging optimized tools and system capabilitiesCollaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the SAP landscape.Manage the vendor relationship with SAP and stay current and up to date with SAP's RoadmapBudget responsibilityProject Management:Lead SAP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. Lead the implementation and management of the main ERP, ECM systems; Be responsible for the development and delivery of related services (incl. architecture, run & grow, product roadmap, ...); Ensure build and run of all applications of the SAP ecosystemResponsible for the design, build/grow and run activities of the department; Provide guidance to related projects and operationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of SAP solutions.Manage outsourced partner(s) for operational services and change projectsEnsure compliance with Cloud and IT security standardsStakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with peers in IS and businessAct as a liaison between the business and IT teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Manage relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all operations or project requirements and deliverablesPerformance Monitoring & Reporting:Monitor and report on the performance of the SAP team and managed services, identifying areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.Qualifications:Master/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.10 years of experience building, managing, and directing teamsStrong understanding of SAP modules and solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience working with third-party vendors and managing service contracts.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions. Cloud based software-as-a-service arrangementsComprehensive knowledge of SAP software and services, including S/4 HANA implementation and support; Large scale SAP experience, and related systems, not limited to: SuccesFactors, Ariba, Concur, OpenText, ...SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.Experience in managing outsourced support vendorsStrong supplier/partner relationship management skillsFunctional acumen in all business processes supported by the SAP ecosystemExperience in business process re-engineering and designDemonstrable experience in building productive relationships with stakeholdersLine management and leadership experienceExcellent Communication skills – written and verbal- for effective dialogue with bottlers, customers and systemSuccessful implementations of SAP ERP functional modulesExperience delivering solutions using both package and custom development solutionsExperience supporting production applications including ensuring service level agreements, incident management, change management, request management, and problem managementFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
