What You'll DoAdminister, optimize, and secure SQL Server on-prem environments.Contribute to database architecture & solution design (HLD/LLD).Support major projects involving Azure SQL, Managed Instance, and modernization.Perform deep performance troubleshooting and tuning (instance + OS).Work closely with Dev DBAs and challenge SQL design & code when needed.Participate in 24/7 support rotations when required.Drive technical decisions, structure processes, and mentor team members.
