Profile
Vocational qualification in administration and/or Human Resources (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience).
Experience in administration and in-depth knowledge of the Belgian administration system.
Fluent in spoken and written English and French. Dutch and/or Arabic is an asset.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cooperatively and proactively in a multicultural, challenging environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Interest in Palestine, the Middle East, international law and related topics.
Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills, discretion to confidential information, and attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability, a problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high-quality work.

Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide support to the overall functioning of the office by performing essential administrative duties, including:
- Assist the work of the Office Coordinator in carrying out management related tasks.
- Assist with the organising of finances (e.g., processing invoices, expense records, budget tracking, preparation of financial reports, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of reports, including the Annual Report, memos, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation (e.g., contracts, travel reports, etc.).
- Assist in the logistical organisation of internal and external meetings, events and conferences.
- Assist with travel arrangements (e.g., booking flights and accommodation, transport arranging).
- Create and maintain an appropriate documentation, filing and archiving systems for the organisation.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Carry out other day-to-day admin related tasks to contribute to the work of the organisation.
