De digitalisering van onze activiteiten, de modernisering van de metro, de uitbreiding van het tramnet en de bouw van nieuwe remises zijn slechts enkele voorbeelden van de boeiende projecten waarvoor de MIVB enthousiaste medewerkers zoekt. Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen? Als Manager Management Systems kom je de Customer Staff versterken binnen de Customer Division en rapporteer je aan de SVP Customer. Jouw rol bestaat erin een globale visie te definiëren voor alle domeinen die verband houden met het ge ntegreerde managementsysteem, met inbegrip van projecten, processen, kwaliteit, risicobeheer, IT-tools en veranderingsbeheer. Je garandeert de governance en samenhang van processen in een cross-functionele aanpak, in samenwerking met de andere afdelingen van het bedrijf. Hoe zal je dag eruit zien? Project- en wijzigingsbeheer: aansturen en afstemmen van project- en wijzigingsbeheeractiviteiten op de strategie van de divisie. Kwaliteits- en procesbeheer: toezicht houden op processen en ervoor zorgen dat deze consistent zijn met de operationele prioriteiten van de divisie. IT-tools management: toezicht houden op en zorgen voor de consistentie van IT-tools met de bedrijfsverantwoordelijkheden van de divisie. Management en leiderschap: aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van drie managers en ongeveer 15 medewerkers in drie divisies. Master in wetenschappen, economie of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in management, met gedegen expertise in het managen van multidisciplinaire teams. Ervaring in verschillende directies of departementen is wenselijk. Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en het Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt. Sterk vermogen om gegevens te analyseren, samen te vatten en uit te leggen in lekentaal. Veelzijdig en in staat om tussen verschillende gebieden te bewegen (projectmanagement, kwaliteit, IT, processen, enz.). Een betekenisvol werk in een uitzonderlijke familiale sfeer waar we elkaar allemaal helpen. Een goede balans tussen werk en privéleven, met flexibele werktijden en telewerken waar je functie dat toelaat, evenals 35 vakantiedagen per jaar.
