Description de la fonction Comment faites-vous bouger Bruxelles ?
En tant que Manager Management Systems, vous intégrez le Staff Customer au sein de la division Customer et rapportez au SVP Customer.
Votre rôle est de définir une vision globale pour l'ensemble des domaines liés au système de management intégré, incluant les projets, processus, qualité, gestion des risques, IT Tools et change management. Vous garantissez la gouvernance et la cohérence des processus dans une approche transversale, en lien avec les autres départements de l'entreprise.
- Gestion des projets et du changement : piloter et aligner les activités de Project Management & Change Management avec la stratégie de la division.
- Qualité et gestion des processus : assurer la supervision des processus et garantir leur cohérence avec les priorités opérationnelles de la division.
- Gestion des outils IT : superviser et veiller à la cohérence des outils IT avec les responsabilités métier de l'entité.
- Management et leadership : diriger, coacher et motiver une équipe de trois managers et environ 15 collaborateurs répartis en trois pôles.
- Master en sciences, économie ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en management, avec une solide expertise en gestion d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Expérience souhaitée dans plusieurs directions ou services.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et du néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
- Forte capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de vulgarisation des données.
- Polyvalence et capacité à évoluer entre différents domaines (project management, qualité, IT, processus…).
