Functie Je komt in aanraking met alle facetten van het bouwproces, wat een ideale voorbereiding is om door te groeien binnen deze afdeling of een andere job binnen ons bedrijf (werfleiding, projectleiding, design manager, Bim key user,...). Je werkt nauw samen met het begrotingsteam in aanbestedingsfase van zowel gebouwen als infrastructuurwerken. Daarnaast werk je een plan van aanpak uit met de daarbij horende uitvoeringsmethodes en planningen (uitvoeringsplanning, manpower,...) Voor werken in uitvoering zet je dit alles om in de praktijk: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en verfijnen van werkplannen, voorbereiden van aankopen en het assisteren van de verschillende werven in hun dagelijkse activiteiten (coördinatie van onderaannemers). Profiel Dankzij jouw bachelor- of masterdiploma in de bouwkunde beschik je over een sterke technische basis. Ervaring als werkvoorbereider of werfleider? Dat is mooi meegenomen. Structuur en efficiëntie typeren jouw manier van werken; je organiseert taken nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail. Gedreven en oplossingsgericht ga je elke uitdaging aan, met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Vlot ga je om met de klassieke PC-toepassingen, en je beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.
