Role Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the Benelux, aligned with the organization's mission for excellence. Manage customer relationships, identify market opportunities, and bring fresh insights to maintain a competitive edge in polyurethane foam products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's goal of enhancing quality of life through innovative products and services. Requirements: Leverage your Master's degree and min 3 years of commercial experience in sales, ideally within the polyurethane industry. Utilize your technical expertise in polyurethane foam products to excel in strategic development, budget planning, and market forecasting. Exhibit fluency in Dutch, English, and French coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills to build enduring partnerships and drive sales success.
