Nexeo is currently looking for a Financial Reporting Officer for a leading financial institution in Brussels. Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions. As a consultant you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo: International environment ( Offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)+ 450 employees over 20% growth each year Financial Reporting Officer – Main responsibilities: Monitor, analyze, and interpret key financial performance (profitability, solvency, liquidity) Prepare quarterly analytical reports with year-on-year and budget comparisons Stay updated with IFRS and Belgian GAAP standards Provide advice on accounting for new products and transactions Inform the finance team about accounting changes (newsletters, presentations) Represent the company in external accounting and prudential committees Profile: Master's in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience Expertise in IFRS and prudential reporting At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (CRD, CRR, BRRD) Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills Independent, organized, and proactive Team player with a flexible approach Working for Nexeo : - Work in a dynamic and international environment. - Opportunities for professional development and career growth. - Hybrid work model: 50% on-site and 50% remote. - Competitive salary and benefits package.
