Robert Half Project Sourcing can offer you exactly that We are currently looking for a Financial Controller for an exciting project at one of our clients—an international player in the Research and Programme Management sector . As a Project Consultant, you get the best of both worlds: diverse and challenging project work combined with the stability of a permanent position. At the end of this project, you will be assigned to new, exciting projects tailored to your experience, skills, and career ambitions. What are your responsibilities? Project Management & Delivery – Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring financial accuracy in tenders, budgets, and client reports. Provide continuous contract support and conduct financial reviews with project managers. Financial Oversight & Reporting – Maintain financial integrity through regular project performance evaluations, tax compliance reviews, and reporting on contract work in progress and key performance indicators. Cash Flow & Billing – Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and timely invoicing to optimize income receipt and financial stability. Audit & Compliance – Lead expenditure verification audits and support adherence to financial procedures, ensuring best practices within the business unit. Business Partner Support – Assist finance business partners in implementing financial systems, providing insights at internal contract meetings, and ensuring seamless finance operations. Process Improvement & Team Support – Drive efficiency in financial management, contribute to system enhancements, and support overall team functions with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Who are we looking for? Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or similar area Strong knowledge and experience in finance procedures and processes Experience with expenditure verification audits Proficient in Excel and other financial tools A team player with an independent and proactive mindset Excellent knowledge of French and/or Dutch with a professional knowledge of English Client-focused approach Continuous learning mindset What do we offer?
