Financial Project Controller Over de organisatie Hays is als werving- en selectiekantoor op zoek naar een Financial Project Controller voor een klant actief binnen de energiesector. Je komt terecht in een technisch complexe omgeving waar financiële expertise een cruciale rol speelt in het succes van projecten. Jouw nieuwe functie Als Financial Project Controller ben je de financiële sparringpartner van Project Managers en speel je een sleutelrol in het financieel beheer van projecten binnen de energiesector. Je bewaakt de financiële gezondheid van projecten over de volledige levenscyclus. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer: Opstellen en opvolgen van projectbudgetten, forecasts en financiële planningen, inclusief omzet, marges en cashflow Analyseren van afwijkingen tussen budget en realiteit, rapporteren van inzichten en voorstellen van optimalisaties Opvolgen van projectresultaten aan de hand van financiële KPI's Zorgen voor een correcte financiële projectadministratie en naleving van interne richtlijnen Identificeren van financiële risico's, kostenoverschrijdingen en claims, en meewerken aan gepaste mitigatie Analyseren van kostenstructuren en ondersteunen bij kostenbeheersing, zowel tijdens uitvoering als in de offertefase Ondersteunen bij commerciële en contractuele vraagstukken, inclusief interpretatie van contractvoorwaarden Mee instaan voor een vlotte commerciële afhandeling van projecten, zoals facturatie en rapportering Jouw profiel Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in een financiële rol binnen een projectgedreven en complexe sector zoals energie, logistiek of engineering. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Verder beschik je over: Minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in project controlling of financiële projectopvolging Een hogere opleiding in finance, accounting, economie of een gelijkwaardige richting Sterke kennis van budgeting, forecasting, kostcontrole en financiële analyse Affiniteit met projectomgevingen en technische contexten Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans is een plus Een gestructureerde en assertieve werkstijl, je kan goed omgaan met deadlines en druk Het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders De arbeidsvoorwaarden Onze klant biedt een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en impact binnen een toekomstgerichte sector.
