Les projets novateurs sont notre spécialité : Student@Work, Orgadon, digitalisation des prescriptions médicales, consultation de l'historique de la carrière, transmission plus rapide des résultats de test à son médecin... Le Service Introduction Center (SIC) surveille la qualité technique des applications logicielles développées chez Smals. En particulier, l'équipe valide la performance et la stabilité des applications avant leur mise en production. L'équipe exécute également des missions telles que la révision de l'architecture, l'analyse des incidents dans l'environnement de production, l'accompagnement dans les projets, les formations techniques pour les équipes et le développement d'outils de support. En tant que Java Performance Testing Engineer, vous intervenez dans la définition des tests et de l'environnement de test pour résoudre rapidement les éventuels problèmes de performance et/ou de stabilité d'applications complexes. Vous commencerez par des applications plus simples afin de vous familiariser avec les techniques et les outils utilisés. Vous implémentez les tests à l'aide d'outils tels que JMeter ou Gatling. Si des "mock services" ou d'autres instruments sont nécessaires, vous les développez également. Pour ces tâches, vous serez soutenu par des collègues expérimentés. Vous analysez les résultats et avez le souci du détail. En cas de problème constaté durant les tests ou en production, vous en examinez la cause et collaborez avec les équipes concernées afin d'apporter une solution. Vous rendez compte des résultats des tests et des constatations oralement et par écrit. Grâce au soutien de vos collègues, à l'auto-apprentissage et à la formation, vous acquerrez progressivement les connaissances techniques nécessaires pour être en mesure d'effectuer ces tâches de manière autonome Selon votre intérêt, vous avez aussi la possibilité de participer au développement des outils internes du SIC. - Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de Bachelier ou de Master en informatique et vous disposez d'une expérience dans une fonction similaire. - Vous possédez des connaissances en Java EE, EJB, JMS, Spring, Hibernate et JDBC. - Des connaissances concernant Python, Linux, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes/OpenShift, JBoss, Enterprise Service Bus, ou une expérience en Load Testing & Performance Tuning sont des plus. - Grâce à votre sens de la communication, vous savez introduire vos solutions et prêter soutien aux développeurs afin d'améliorer la performance, la stabilité et la robustesse des applications. - Vous êtes orienté résultat, avez le sens de l'initiative et abordez les tâches avec le sens des responsabilités et l'efficacité qui s'imposent. - Enfin, vous possédez au moins une connaissance passive du néerlandais. - Nous vous offrons un emploi varié, stimulant et socialement engagé vous permettant de contribuer à la réalisation de solutions informatiques ayant un impact sur la société. « ICT for society » n'est pas notre slogan par hasard. - Vous recherchez un bon équilibre vie privée - vie professionnelle ?
