Nous recrutons un/e Customer Support Engineer pour le compte de notre client opérant dans le secteur de la défense et aérospatiale basé à Liège en Belgique. Mission : En tant que Customer Support Engineer, vous intégrez le département Customer Support & Service spécialisé dans les systèmes d’armes et les munitions. Vous intervenez auprès des clients internes et externes.Vous avez la responsabilité de piloter les projets après-vente et d’en assurer le suivi opérationnel, tout en exécutant les différentes demandes de support client : formations, assistance technique, investigations, réparations et campagnes de tir.Responsabilités principales :1. Coordination Support Client & Après-ventePiloter l’intégralité du processus de prestation de service : de la qualification du besoin client jusqu’à la réalisation complèteFaire l’interface entre le client et les services internes (Engineering, Production, Qualité, Logistique)Être en contact quotidien avec les clients pour traiter leurs demandes et garantir le bon déploiement et l’utilisation optimale de nos équipementsIdentifier proactivement de nouvelles opportunités et proposer des solutions techniques ainsi que des offres commerciales associéesRemonter le RETEX (Retour d’Expérience) terrain afin de proposer des améliorations produit ou serviceTraiter les opportunités après-vente en coordination avec les Bid Managers, Project Managers et Sales Managers2. Prestation opérationnelle de servicesApporter une expertise et une assistance technique aux clients internes et externesDispenser des formations clients dans le monde entierCoordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes lors des campagnes de tir à l’étranger (Programmes et Après-vente)Profil recherché :Vous êtes le candidat idéal si :Vous êtes ingénieur électromécanique (double cursus ingénieur / management est un plus)Vous êtes pragmatique, hands-on, flexible et fortement orienté clientVous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, et êtes à l’aise pour entretenir des relations clients de haut niveauVous êtes parfaitement à l’aise dans un environnement technique et avez envie de terrainVous savez évoluer en mode matriciel et êtes un vrai team playerVous parlez couramment français et anglais (l’allemand est un atout)Vous êtes prêt à voyager très fréquemment dans le monde entierType de contrat : Freelance ou CDD (longue durée)Date de démarrage : ASAP
