And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.** YOUR MISSION ** – WHAT WILL YOU DO? ** Manage maintenance issues and delegate resources to the right skills in the team or external resources as required. Provide support to engineering project team as required. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities. Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems. Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Facilities management Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure. Support the process of the installation of new machinery and equipment and drawing up the specification. Undertake continuous training and development of self and team. Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization. Provide technical expertise to the team. Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility. Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department. Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. ** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** : Relevant level 4 manufacturing/engineering qualification is preferred, HNC/D, Professional or equivalent NVQ Level 4 qualification. Completed a level 3 recognized apprenticeship programme with a mechanical and/or electrical discipline. Minimum NEBOSH Electrical Duty holder certification 18th Edition / 2382-22 Machine Safety (PILZ) Fluency in DUTCH and ENGLISH Advanced leadership, people management and organizational skills Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. Competency in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making. Commercial awareness and management of maintenance budgets. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, legislative standards, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
