1. Operationeel Management

  • Je monitort en stuurt de dagelijkse activiteiten aan om KPI's te behalen en processen te optimaliseren.
  • Organiseren van een efficiënte werkverdeling en workloadbalancing binnen het team.
  • Continuïteit van de activiteiten verzekeren, bijvoorbeeld via verlof- en capaciteitsplanning.
  • KPI's rapporteren aan het management en verbeteringsacties implementeren waar nodig.
  • Hands-on meewerken om voeling te houden met de praktijk (niet-systemathisch).

2. People Management

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van enthousiaste medewerkers, hun prestaties, ontwikkeling en welzijn.
  • Teamleden inspireren, coachen en ondersteunen in hun professionele groei.
  • Organiseren en leiden van teammeetings en loopbaangesprekken.
  • Creëren van een positieve teamspirit en een cultuur van feedback en samenwerking.
  • Psychological safety bevorderen door een omgeving te creëren waarin leren en verbeteren centraal staan.

3. Competentiemanagement & Teamontwikkeling

  • Up-to-date houden van kennis en vaardigheden binnen het team via opleiding, coaching en stages.
  • Ontwikkelen van competentiematrixen en individuele vormingsplannen.
  • Een cultuur stimuleren waarin continu leren, innovatie en polyvalentie worden aangemoedigd.

4. Procesoptimalisatie & Klantgerichtheid

  • Procesverbeteringen initiëren en doorvoeren om operationele efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid te verhogen.
  • Samen met je team streven naar klantgerichte oplossingen en een uitstekende dienstverlening.
  • Fungeren als ambassadeur van Ethias, zowel intern als extern.
