Notre mission est de fournir des services de qualité en matière de pensions, tout en soutenant la prise de décision politique dans ce domaine. Votre rôle En tant qu'Architecte d'entreprise, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la transformation de notre organisation. Vos principales responsabilités seront: Analyser les besoins de changement et développer des modèles d'architecture Soutenir la prise de décision stratégique en fournissant des informations sur l'impact et les risques Définir et documenter les normes d'architecture Assurer la cohérence entre les différents éléments architecturaux Faciliter l'élaboration et la validation des architectures de projet Contribuer au partage des connaissances et à l'innovation Profil recherché Nous recherchons un candidat avec: Un diplôme de master Au moins 1 an d'expérience en architecture d'entreprise Une connaissance de base des cadres d'architecture et de la modélisation des processus D'excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes Une forte orientation client et une capacité à penser de manière critique Ce que nous offrons Nous proposons un package attractif comprenant: Un salaire compétitif : minimum 51.757,41 EUR brut par an (déjà adapté à l'index actuel) 26 jours de congé et 12 jours de compensation Possibilité de télétravail et horaires flexibles Possibilité de recevoir des chèques-repas Restaurant d'entreprise pratiquant des prix démocratiques Assurance hospitalisation avantageuse Gratuité des transports en commun pour le trajet domicile-travail Nombreuses opportunités de formation et de développement Comment postuler ?
