Als CFO ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor het financieel beleid, de financiële rapportering van de groep en fungeer je als strategisch klankbord voor de directie. Hierbij werk je mee aan het realiseren van de groeistrategie en het verder optimaliseren van de interne processen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO: Financieel Leiderschap & People Management: Je leidt de dagelijkse operatie van de financiële afdeling, stuurt een team aan en fungeert als klankbord voor de directie. Controlling & Rapportering: Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de volledige budget- en controlecyclus, inclusief planning, forecasting en het opstellen van de diverse (maand, kwartaal en jaar) rapportages. Cash & Asset Management: Je staat in voor het beheer van de cashplanning en de financiële assets binnen de groep, volgt bankrelaties en leningen op, en bewaakt financiële reserves met het oog op maximaal rendement. Financiering & Analyse: Je optimaliseert en analyseert verschillende financieringsmogelijkheden ter voorbereiding van grootschalige projecten. Compliance & Procesoptimalisatie: Je bewaakt de juridische, fiscale en administratieve compliance, en werkt proactief mee aan de digitalisatie en de implementatie van procedures om de afdelingsefficiëntie verder te versterken. Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een financiële richting (TEW, Handelsingenieur, of gelijkwaardig). Je beschikt over 7 à 10 jaar solide ervaring in een leidinggevende financiële rol, inclusief teamverantwoordelijkheid. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit: je denkt mee op directieniveau en toon sterke operationele betrokkenheid. Je hebt een sterke analytische geest en bent in staat complexe financiële vraagstukken om te zetten in heldere adviezen. Je communiceert vlot en overtuigend, zowel naar je team als naar externe stakeholders. Je stapt in bij een ambitieuze organisatie actief in de bouwsector, met een sterke en ondernemende bedrijfscultuur. Als CFO speel je een sleutelrol in het bepalen van de strategische koers en het optimaliseren van financiële processen.
