Ben jij een ervaren Commissioning Manager die klaar is voor een uitdagend en grootschalig project in de procesindustrie? Wil jij de verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de coördinatie en uitvoering van het volledige commissioning proces van een complexe procesinstallatie, van de laatste tests tot de overdracht aan het operationele team, en ervoor zorgen dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt? Voor een opdrachtgever in de regio Vlaanderen zoeken wij iemand die dit traject kan leiden en nauw samenwerkt met engineers, aannemers en operationeel personeel. Wat ga je doen Organiseren, coördineren en monitoren van het commissioningproces van zowel proces- als gebouwgebonden installaties; Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de tests, proefbedrijf en oplevering; Controleren en accorderen van commissioningdocumentatie en registraties van tests; Afstemmen van prioriteiten voor resterende werkzaamheden en rapporteren aan het projectmanagement; Coördineren met engineers, aannemers en operationeel personeel om een soepele overdracht naar de exploitatie te waarborgen; Opzetten van communicatie- en coördinatiestructuren tussen alle betrokken partijen; Toezien op training van het operationele team en afstemmen van vereisten met de project- en aannemersteams. Wat breng je mee MSc of gelijkwaardige ervaring in engineering; Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in commissioning, waarvan minstens 3 jaar als commissioning manager; Ervaring met procesinstallaties, bij voorkeur in de chemische of waste-to-energy sector; Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve, coördinerende houding; Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Teamspeler die zowel technisch als organisatorisch kan sturen.
