About the job ⚖️ Legal Counsel 📍 Brussels (hybrid) | 🕐 Full-time | 👥 1–2 positions open GOlegal is looking for one or more experienced Legal Counsels to support our legal delivery team. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, tech-enabled LegalOps startup that combines smart legal minds with cutting-edge tools to make law & compliance more agile, efficient, and scalable. This is an experienced position , perfect for early-career profiles with some previous work experience in B2B legal service delivery positions who are curious, hands-on, and eager to build legal experience beyond the traditional path. 🧩 Your role in a nutshell You’ll work at the intersection of legal expertise, delivery operations, and legal tech . As a Legal Counsel at GOlegal, you contribute directly to client projects by producing and coordinating legal deliverables, structuring workstreams, and using modern tools to deliver legal & compliance work efficiently and consistently. You won’t just “support cases” — you’ll be part of how they are designed, executed, and improved . Alongside client work, you’ll actively collaborate with our product and delivery teams to test, refine, and improve our proprietary tools (Clawscan.ai & ABCD), ensuring they reflect real legal practice and client needs.
