Voor een dynamische, snelgroeiende FMCG-speler (>€100mio; 230 FTE) regio Kortrijk met sales offices in verschillende Europese landen zijn we in exclusief partnership op zoek naar een: FP&A MANAGER Takenpakket Als FP&A Manager bepaal je mee de financiële strategie en boost je de verdere groei: • Je rapporteert in directe lijn aan de Financial Lead en stuurt twee talentvolle controllers aan. • Je bent de belangrijkste financiële sparringpartner voor de business leaders en bewaakt en optimaliseert de winstgevendheid en efficiëntie van de commerciële activiteiten en de volledige P&L. • Je overschouwt de strategische planning en budgettering, waarbij je de financiële doelstellingen afstemt op de lange termijn strategie. • Je evalueert commerciële initiatieven met pre- en post-analyses, zodat beslissingen datagedreven en wendbaar worden genomen. • Je speelt een actieve, sturende rol in cross-functionele Continuous Improvement projecten. • Je beheert de maandafsluiting en zorgt voor tijdige, accurate rapportages die heldere inzichten geven aan het bedrijf. • Je waarborgt de verdere optimalisatie van BI- en ERP-projecten, zodat data-consistentie en operationele excellentie worden versterkt. Profiel • Je hebt een Master Finance op zak • Je kan minstens een 7-tal jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen (FP&A/Commercial Controlling/Group Controlling)• Je werkt accuraat, ook onder tijdsdruk en in een dynamische omgeving. • Je neemt initiatief en stimuleert duurzame groei via data & inzichten • Je bent voldoende hands-on ingesteld om waar nodig zelf in de cijfers te duiken • Met jouw sterke communicatievaardigheden bouw je makkelijk vertrouwen op binnen alle lagen van de organisatie. • Je bent een talent coach (of beschikt over de intrinsieke kwaliteiten hiertoe) die het beste uit je mensen haalt • Kennis FMCG en/of SAP is een troef maar geen vereiste • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels & Nederlands • Je hebt een hart voor mens & dier Aanbod Als FP&A Manager speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van de steile groeiambities van onze klant.
