Headit is looking for a Sales Support Administrator for an international company based in Aartselaar, Antwerp.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator:

Customer contact:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in your assigned regions
  • Inform customers about import regulations and legislation, including shipping terms, transportation methods, payment terms, customs-related documentation, etc.

Order processing:

  • Coordinate the entire order-to-cash process
  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure all orders are processed correctly
  • Organise export shipments: book and coordinate shipments, manage transport and customs documentation, invoicing and delivery follow-up
  • Monitor order parameters and inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability
  • Optimise shipments by configuring the most efficient loading plans


What does your profile look like?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have gained initial relevant experience in a similar B2B customer service, logistics or supply chain role
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Strong administrative skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • A strong interest in working in a logistics environment
  • You are fluent in French and English OR Dutch
