Au sein de la Direction Transversale IT, vous rejoignez le département Centre de Services IT, dans l'équipe basée à Charleroi. Vous êtes le relais privilégié entre la Direction informatique et la Direction locale, tout en coordonnant une petite équipe opérationnelle. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre des objectifs IT, la gestion des projets et le support aux utilisateurs. L’engagement et l’esprit d’équipe sont des moteurs pour vous ? Alors, rejoignez‑nous Responsabilités Encadrer, évaluer, développer et motiver les collaborateurs de votre équipe. Définir les objectifs, répartir le travail, assurer le suivi des projets et veiller au respect des délais. Représenter la Direction informatique et agir comme point de contact auprès de la Direction locale. Analyser et challenger les besoins des utilisateurs, les traduire en demandes projets ou y répondre en apportant des solutions viables et durables. Participer au développement et à l’amélioration continue des solutions informatiques. Gérer ou participer à des projets IT en coordination avec d’autres départements. Assurer la gestion du parc informatique et téléphonique de la Direction locale. Veiller à la sécurité des systèmes d’information et au respect des politiques de confidentialité. Contribuer à la conception du budget IT. Suivre et contrôler les achats informatiques relatifs à la Direction locale. Assurer un support informatique en lien avec le Centre de Services IT. Qualifications Maîtrisez les technologies de l’informatique et des télécommunications. Connaissance du fonctionnement de l’informatique en Grande Entreprise. Compétences en management pour coordonner une équipe et accompagner le développement de collaborateurs. Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse pour transformer les besoins utilisateurs en projets concrets. Orienté résultats et attentif au respect des délais et de la qualité. Qualités relationnelles et de communication reconnues. Rigueur dans le respect des procédures et de la sécurité informatique. Connaissances en gestion de projets. Veille technologique et capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes. Master + 1 an d’expérience en gestion d’équipe informatique, ou Bachelier + 3 ans d’expérience. Avantages Engagement au poste de Responsable IT Business Partner (H/F/X) en CDI.
