Job Description - Roles and ResponsibilitiesService description:The project leading service will contribute to electrical infrastructure projects (380, 220, 150, 70 and 36 kV) involving high-voltage substations or lines.This includes, among other things, the following:Involvement in the project from definition to closure: participation in the definition, study, design of the projects and ensuring the implementation of the projects and the administrative closureTechnical studies, implementation and guidanceExecution of calculations, development and follow-up of budgets and planning of projects, taking into account the required and available resources and customer questionsDevelopment of tender dossiers and participation in the purchasing processManagement and coordination of on-site execution in collaboration with relevant employees within the client, as well as suppliers, contractors, customers, etc.Communication and reporting on project progressDepending on experience, these tasks are performed independently or under supervision.The client offers a very extensive training package.The project leading service will be active within the infrastructure projects department.After the training period, the service will be available for two days a week, working remotely. The projects and associated sites are divided into three geographical areas ("East & West Flanders + Hainaut", "Namur, Liège & Luxembourg", "Antwerp, Limburg & Brussels"). This allows the junior project management service to be optimally organized between the worksites (which require regular visits during the construction phase), the office (in Schaerbeek), and the home.Additional requirements:Master's degree in electrical engineering or electromechanics, or equivalent through experience and a strong interest in technologyExperience 2-7 years in project management and/or site monitoringPerfect knowledge of French and good understanding of DutchInterested in the energy sectorStrong sense of responsibility, pronounced organisational talent.Communication skills with fluent assertiveness and customer focus.Good teamwork with a good dose of ingenuity.
